About The Position

XTEND, is on a mission to increase the combat effectiveness and lethality of the warfighter by developing human guided autonomous multi-robot missions. We revolutionize military operations and ensure the safety of fighters through advanced technology.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Sales Director to lead our growth in the US Department of Defense (DoD) market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in the US DoD
  • Generating weekly new qualified leads
  • Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new sales opportunities
  • Provide capture and Price to Win guidance to the BD team
  • Draft proposals and solicitations
  • Provides accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Provides market feedback to the management team to optimize sales strategy and positioning

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the US DoD market, including Capture, and Price to Win, and business development,
  • Ability to write proposals and statements of work
  • Bachelor’s Degree - Must. MBA or equivalent - Advantage
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas or equivalent measure metrics
  • Experienced in working in hardware and product companies, UAS a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • US military service a plus 
  • Travel up to 75%
  • Ability to obtain Security Clearance
