About The Position

XTEND is a leading provider of Tactical Drone solutions for defense, offense, and reconnaissance, delivering cutting-edge technologies that transform how businesses engage with immersive technology and serve military and HLS users.

we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Israel. You will play a crucial role as part of our sales efforts and accelerating customer adoption of XTEND's innovative drone solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Part of sales teams to deliver impactful product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Define customized solutions that combine XTEND's technologies with the client's infrastructure.
  • Lead PoCs, simulations, and trials to showcase XTEND’s value in addressing challenges.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to align solutions with customer goals.
  • RFP Assistance: Create technical content and proposals to address customer requirements effectively..
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build trust and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Manager, solutions engineering, or technical sales support Role.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a wide range of audiences, from technical experts to C-level executives, in various settings including field environments.
  • Strong understanding of proposal development, including pricing
  • Proven Experience with support sales teams by providing technical expertise, handling customer technical inquiries, and contributing to the overall sales cycle.
  • proven ability to writhe technical presentations, requirements documents, and responding to RFPs
  • Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and create innovative, tailored solutions that address business needs while highlighting the value of XTEND’s technologies.
  • Being able to connect with a wide variety of people and build strong relationships
  • Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with operation, product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive results.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and balance multiple leads or prospects, including setting and meeting sales goals.
  • Experience in presentations, whether in person, over the phone or online. Presenting information in a clear and safe manner, and making the product or service stand out.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.
