UAS Operator & Instructor

About The Position

We are looking for UAS Operator and Instructor to join our team.

You will be responsible for leading independent training sessions for both internal and external customers regarding new equipment. You will also be responsible for providing technical support and performing demonstrations and sales events. As well as, you will actively participate in field testing operations and occasionally assist Lab Technicians during flight testing operations, with a focus on UAS maintenance and quality control. 

Requirements

  • Operational experience with UAS systems 
  • 1-2 years of full-time experience as an Instructor in the UAS Aviation field 
  • Experience with project/processes management procedures 
  • Onsite system troubleshooting procedures (operator-level maintenance) 
  • Ability to lead logistical operations and work under pressure 
  • Ability to lead demonstrations and flight events 
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time 
  • English proficiency-a must. 

Bonus Requirements: 

  • Knowledge in Aviation Flight Operations 
  • Knowledge in Maintenance management systems and process 
  • Holds any RATA aviation certification 
  • Prior military experience with unmanned systems.
