As we continue to expand our presence in Europe, we are looking for a Presales Engineer to support our sales teams and help accelerate customer adoption of XTEND’s cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to deliver impactful product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Develop customized solutions integrating XTEND’s technologies with customer infrastructure.
- Lead PoCs, simulations, and trials to showcase XTEND’s value in addressing challenges.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to align solutions with customer goals.
- RFP Assistance: Create technical content and proposals to address customer requirements effectively.
- Provide the sales team with technical expertise and resources.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure seamless handoff to implementation teams.
- Build trust and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process
